Health services

The resources exist. What is missing is someone joining them up

The usual problem is not a shortage of resources but their fragmentation: the check-up in one place, the specialist in another, records spread across several institutions, and the whole story retold from scratch when treatment crosses a border. What we do is select and connect, accompany throughout, and keep a record of every arrangement. Clinical care itself is the responsibility of the institution and the treating physician.

Categories

What the seven categories cover

The categories and the items within them are listed so you can judge scope. Who each item is suitable for, what it involves and what it costs are explained and documented by the institution providing it. This page contains no medical description and no prices.

How it works

What we do in the middle

  1. 01

    Selecting and connecting

We shortlist institutions and programmes against each family member's circumstances and location, set out each provider's credentials, where the service is performed and under what regulatory framework — and leave the decision to you.

  2. 02

    Accompanying throughout

Scheduling and appointments, interpretation and attendance for treatment abroad, and the collection and organisation of records and reports — so that no one has to retell their history at every new institution.

  3. 03

    Compliance and record

Everything is arranged within the regulatory framework of the provider's own jurisdiction, and each arrangement — institution, date, content and the source of each charge — is recorded in writing.

Our limits

Here the limits matter more than anywhere else

We are not a medical provider

We do not diagnose, advise on treatment, recommend particular therapies, or take any part in decisions between patient and physician. Care is the responsibility of appropriately licensed institutions and practising doctors.

No claims of efficacy or safety

This page lists categories and item names only. It does not describe what any item does, what it achieves or whom it is for, and makes no statement about efficacy, safety or success rates. Those must come from the providing institution, under its local law, in writing.

Where it is performed

Each item is delivered within the regulatory framework of the provider's own jurisdiction. Rules on what may be offered, and on what terms, differ substantially between places; we set out where a service is performed and under which framework before anything is arranged.

Costs

No prices are listed here. Charges for each item are collected and invoiced by the providing institution; our coordination fee is separate, and the two are always shown separately.
